"Splendid. I was referred to LHI by an acquintnance who they have done work for and who was raving about how they remodeled their bathroom. I hired them to turn an old out of shape apartment into a unit I am now renting for $1600 a month. The tiny bathroom in tgis apartment was gutted along with kitchen. They completely rebuilt everything head to toe and did major improvements. Everything was done in house, electrical, tile, carpentry and painting were all competed by professionals. "The fence was installed satisfactorily, but we requested a certain kind of post caps but were given another (not a huge deal, but still we didn't get what we asked for). But, because the fence abutted our basement bilco doors they had to remove one of the door handles. They proceeded to break both of them. I reported this to the company and they asked that I send pictures, which I did. The company has never replaced or compensated me for the broken door handles.

They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."
