I had three other companies try to fix it and it worked for a few months and then it started all over again. They just kept doing the same thing the previous roofer did. "We had windows replaced and the company that installed them sent their "stucco guy" out afterward to patch the gashes and holes that were left. But all they did was mostly fill it with caulk. So Central FL Stucco came out and noticed right away the poor job that was done before. So they sent Robert who did an excellent job at repairing what should have done in the first place. He was professional and knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to fill in a few wall cracks that were not around the windows. All around great job from start to finish."

"Replaced the the spline and screen on my pool enclosure.  When the Seabreeze people completed re-screening my pool enclosure i was very happy with the finished product.  They left the pool area clean and everything was put back in place. I would use them again.

Michael Lane has been out to my house several times to measure and answer all of my questions.     However, since the work has not yet been done, Ii really can't "finish" this story at this time.     I feel confident that he will do a good job and that I'll be pleased, but the jury is still out at this time.

The job was completed in June of 2013, and I was absolutely DELIGHTED!    All of the new windows and doors are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!     Plus, the resulting noise reduction in my house is unbelievable.

I had a few minor issues, but Michael took care of them to my complete satisfaction.   

In the highly unlikely case that I'd buy another house that needed windows and doors, I would absolutely hire him again and, if I happen to learn of anyone looking for these services, I would recommend him "hands down" above anyone else.   He is a really good guy -  very honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
