He is willing to help diagnose issues over the phone if you feel like you're handy enough to do some things yourself but want to have a professional opinion before you get in over your head. <br /> In my case the ceiling below my upstairs bathroom shower got saturated and fell down so I knew I had an issue with my shower above. Using Angie's list, I found Justin's business and saw he had good ratings so I called him and he gave me some things to try to determine where the leak was coming from. I was able to determine it was coming from the shower's drain flange so I scheduled a time for Justin to come by which was within 2 days. At the time I scheduled this little did I know that I'd be losing my job the next day so income was now non existent. My shower was leaking, however, and I needed to get it fixed but now I needed it done on the cheap rather than paying for the full job as I was planning on. <br /> Justin arrived at the scheduled time and I told him about my situation and he understood and was willing to work with me to make sure I got my shower drain fixed but not "break the bank" in the process. He told me some things I could do to save some cost and suggested I go to one of the "big box" stores to get the supplies we needed in order to save some money. I got the supplies, did some demo work and Justin installed all the parts with a little help from me and everything worked out great. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome or for a better plumber to work with. <br /> Take my advice and call Justin if you need any type of plumbing work done...you won't be disappointed. <br />"

"Vince gave me a estimate of $425 for a two hour project and said that Perry would do the work. Perry arrived promptly at the time agreed upon and replaced the faucet and shut off valve. Perry cleaned up after the work was completed. He instructed me on how the new faucet and shut off valve would work. The job was completed in 1.5 hours I will definitely call Vince again when I need plumbing help and I recommend Vince Ingrilli & Sons Plumbing!"

"We needed to have our kitchen living room and first floor half bathroom remodeled. We previously used another company that was terrible but Exact relieved all of our concerns right away with their planning and expertise. Anytime something came up during the process Either Brook, Larry or John (Owner) would immediately solve the issue. Exact plans their contracts to avoid almost all Surprise extra costs by allotting the appropriate funds for required Materials (IE Tile, countertops, ect). They didn’t budget for the cheapest versions like over contractors do than hit you with several change orders. We even received a good credit at the end of the project from not utilizing all those funds. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous the entire time. They would keep me in the loop with the days they would be there and days they wouldn’t be there. I have already recommended them to several friends, Neighbors and plan to utilize them again for our Basement remodel."
