I had to do a bit of work on my own for the permits as not licensed in Milwaukee, but it was not too difficult as I already had the architect's plans. I also did a bit of running around for some supplies which helped keep a few costs down. Overall, although the cost was higher than I had hoped, I am really enjoying the space and happy I did it."
