They had to install a new concrete slab that was about five inches thick outside and then tied the new unit down. They had to install the electric for the unit as well. They cleaned everything up when the job was complete. They even provided me with several free air filters. I have had no complaints with them at all. They are very responsive and quick, especially when it is an emergency for heat or air. They are a very good company and I like them."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services.
