"The sales representative, installers and project coordinator were great. The sales representative came back out by our request to show us a new style vinyl tile that we decided was better than our first pick. Installers were on time, moved furniture and cared about their work. Project coordinator called after installation and BEFORE installers left to see that everything was to our satisfaction. It was!"

"My historic home had many design and installation challenges, but the team did an amazing job. They ended up moving my plumbing, building out a few walls, and built the floor under my shower pan. It was a lot of work and it was a unique situation but their work was perfect nonetheless! No detail was spared and my shower is incredible. I could not be happier with the work."

"If I could, I'd give Footprints Floors 6 stars! They provided communication and service that exceeded my expectations. My floors look absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Spencer was professional , courteous and explained all the problems/concerns to be addressed. The shingle was nailed down & sealant applied not only to his repair, but other nails in the area that lacked sealant. He took pictures of the repair & adjacent areas.
