"This company/Andy went above and well beyond during what should have been a simple install! The new TV was damaged but only visible once it was out of the box and hanging on the wall.... He searched every possible source in town to find a replacement for me. The electronics company would only authorize returning the damanged TV but NOT send a replacement!
