I called on New Year’s Day, and she said she could have someone at my home that afternoon. After explaining that our late afternoon was not available, she pivoted to offering an early afternoon window. She gave the price upfront, so there would be no surprises. After hanging up, she called back within twenty minutes to say that the technician had already finished the call he was on and could be at my place by noon. Sure enough, I received a text at 11:40 saying he was headed my way. When Tom and Brian arrived, they got straight to work, quickly diagnosing my situation and fixing the cause. Tom also explained to me how to fix the issue in the future, saving me money in the future. After solving my problem AND making a couple of improvements to make my machine run more efficiently, they only charged me the diagnostic fee for the repair. "Patrick was very professional. I needed R22 Freon for my AC. But it’s discontinued. Patrick knew exactly what to do and which refrigerant to use. He filled it up and check if there is any leak and made sure I’m good to go for this hot summer. He charged half of what everybody else was charging. So guys I would recommend this company to everyone. Besides hvacs they also do electric and plumbing services. Very pleased with their survive. "

"The estimate and scheduling went great, install seemed OK, until I was told my electric line going to unit had no power. Installer said he'd checked a breaker that was off by turning it on but nothing happened so he turned it back off. I assumed (like an idiot, without confirming for myself) that this was the breaker to my hot tub which is not in use. Called an electrician out next day and paid $175 to be told my breaker was off. Never felt so stupid. Flipped breaker on and since it was evening and I do not live in the house because it's being renovated, set unit on "cool only" mode and left. When I returned next day it was 97 degrees in the house. The high outside was around 70. I called first thing Monday morning and they got someone out by noon to fix it. This gentleman was great- polite and competent. He rewired everything and fixed some other things that had been done wrong. It has worked fine since. So, there was an initial screw up, but they were courteous and quick to repair it. Their customer service has been great. I'd use them again, tho I'd request to not have the same crew that installed this system. My house is old and a bit unusual, so maybe it was just something those guys hadn't run into before."
