"Darrell was very good with communication about pricing and his timing on when he would arrive to do the work. He also provided a 20-30 minute warning of when he was headed over to do the work so that I had enough notice to meet him. Once here, he took his time to explain everything he was doing and why. He walked through the problem, how he would solve it, and what could be done to try and avoid future similar issues. I really liked the communication and the great work. He can do more than just plumbing and I'll be hiring him for other projects around the house as well. It's hard to find good honest professionals and Darrell is definitely one that I would highly recommend without hesitation! Thank you so much Darrell!"
