Christian, Tommy, Jamie: the quality of their work surpassed only by their friendliness and respectful manner in which they worked in my home.  They cleaned up neatly and stayed late to make sure I understood everything they did and even set my front porch light timer on they way out!

"John and his staff came the next day and analyzed possible source of problem. After a thorough check he told us what source of problem could be but understandably, no guarantees. He didn't try and upsell us on any unneeded stuff like others in years past try to do (plumbing, electric, mechanic, etc). Thorough, prompt, professional and corrected problem (fingers crossed it will remain fixed)! My experience is that many, with high number of reviews (all categories) are often offering promotiions which are not a bargain when they "find" other problems requiring more work then needed and/or anticipated.
