They climbed the roof, inspected the chimney and determined the flex pipe did not run the length of the two story chimney but was about 6-8' in length. They removed it and also took care of its disposal. And the cost was absurdly reasonable - dinner for two would have cost more. We immediately felt comfortable in hiring Mark and scheduled the work after the holiday. Mark, Ben and Dan arrived promptly and were courteous. They protected the basement storage area from any dust or debris by putting up plastic sheeting and laying down tarp. When they were finished, the area was spotless. The three crews which came to my house were all very professional, although the lead tech at the first visit did not measure, so the special order cap did not fit and a second one had to be ordered.
