"Inspector showed up right on time and began his inspection. He brought air sampling devices, infrared camera, etc. to do a quite comprehensive home and mold inspection. He checked all items of concern regarding the plumbing, electrical, air conditioning unit, etc. I was extremely impressed by the scope of the inspection and knowledge of the inspector. I chose them because the have all the legitimate certifications. They where there for over two hours and the report I received shortly thereafter was very informative and helpful. "Excellent company! Very easy going in scheduling and doing the job AS SUPPOSED TO BE! They recommended a company for the drywall after the asbestos were removed. However, we said we will shop around. They were fine with the idea. We did go with the company that they recommended, though Synergy workers were punctual, professional, and on task. They have a supervisor who came twice to check on the work performed and the person who verified that no asbestos was present before we would come into the house. We did not do the whole house; definitely we will contract them when we need to do the rest. Everything as should be!"

Upon replacing old dish washer, the appliance tech discovered a pin hole leak in the old dish washer that had been leaking; the mold on the wall was evidence that it had been going on for a while (it was pretty bad and dark) and it was only getting worse. We have a newborn in the house and I felt awful not knowing that we were exposing our newborn to all the toxic air that mold can produce. The appliance guy referred me to a few companies and Dry Down was the first one to call back and had someone at our door within 90mins of our call to them. The Tech was great, he gave me an estimate which i thought was very fair and he started to work right away. The fact that someone was at my doorsteps after 90mins was very impressive to me and clearly showed me how urgent they treated the situation. I've yet to hear form the other companies that I called.
