They did a fantastic job and the carpenter was extremly talented. I have master carpenters in my family so I can appreciate his work. "Other than promises made by the sales person that weren?t done, we?ve had a few issues after install. One of the shower doors has a gap on the bottom causing water leakage on floor. The grab bar shelf protrudes out making the space too narrow. My elbows hit into the shelf and bar on the shower door when showering. Floor was installed with no new threshold or mounding which were we told by salesperson that everything will be replaced."

"Our upstairs hallway bathroom was in desperate need of a refresher so we reached out to Bob. Bob came over and discussed with us some design ideas along with estimates of cost and we were able to agree on a design that was within our budget (no pressure or upsell from Bob!). Bob and his crew were able to start the project within our desired timeframe and completed the remodel within the estimated length he gave us. Bob was communicative on what he and the crew planned to do each day and we saw the results of the plan each night! The crew was very friendly and cleaned up after themselves each day! I felt comfortable having them in my house while I was at home with my young children. But most importantly we were thoroughly impressed with Bob and the crew’s work and how the bathroom turned out- and right on budget!
