"I had a break in my main water service line (from the meter to the house). They attempted to perform the lowest-cost repair first (snaking a new line through the existing pipe); when that failed, they dug out a new line and installed PEX from the meter. The folks I worked with were professional and very good about keeping me in the loop about their work status. At all steps of the way, I felt like they were doing their best to do things the right way rather than the quickest; they took additional steps such as making sure the PEX mating to the house occurred inside (i.e., where it was accessible) and installed a new ball valve, which would save us considerably in the future if we had a failure again. Working with them, I had confidence that they were doing their best to do this repair in the least expensive way possible; it was only when circumstances proved prohibitive that they moved to the more expensive option (running the new line). They also made sure to set us up with a temporary repair when it was clear that there was going to be a delay getting the boring equipment to dig the new line; I really appreciated that they took the time to make sure we were taken care of."

"Communication, or lack thereof, was our biggest issue. I knew that I needed flooring work done and when the workers told me that they could take out the floor and repair it as well as install the new toilet I was thrilled to be able to get one stop shopping. I had used Winkle's before and had been pleased with the work and while the estimate seemed a bit high I was anxious to get the project completed because we needed our bathroom in working order again. My husband took half a day from work so that he could be present when the work was being done but they did not show up nor did they call to say that they weren't coming. Two toilets sat in my living room with no communication from them as to when they would be coming back for several days . Their reason for not coming on the day that they had said they would be here was a shortage of workers due to COVID 19. I can fully appreciate that, I do not understand why they could not call and say that they would not be coming or call to reschedule. They were very friendly and the work in my main bathroom seems to have been done well. I do wish that I had not have asked them to come back to do the second bathroom floor. Word of advice...they seem to do great with plumbing their communication skills could use some work."

He called the company and discovered that it had a defective part. Thomas removed it, returned it, and came right back with a new water heater which worked well. It must have been frustrating for him, although he was very professional. I can’t express strongly enough that I would definitely have him do future repairs if needed!!"

"This review will end up being a 2 part review. First, East TN. Plumbing Solutions/Mike, came out on the same day I called, yippee! Once here Mike reviewed the problem n it turned out NOT to be a leak at the main water line but a faulty faucet next to the main water line that developed a small ongoing drip! He did a close inspection and dug around until he was positive of the source. Because of his and the companies experience and dedication they choose not to gouge the homeowners but to help because they know it could be them on the other side. I was extremely grateful for his help and scheduled another project for them next week to remove the existing connections and install a full house water filtration system upstairs. I have FULL CONFIDENCE in their expertise and pricing. YES, they deserve a 5-star rating and I know you'd be just as happy with the results n' treatment they'll provide you as well."
