By the way, we purchased the Oak floor with them, good prices and had the material on the following day. The employees are honest and hardworking. Very agreeable with anything you might ask. While they were working on the old floor, we had the new wood acclimating under AC, for what the owner told us, this is a very important step if you are going to install new hardwood floor. The installation itself was fast. They were precise and also put our new baseboards. We decided to add the refinishing at the last minute, just to change the color and decor of the bedrooms. "He was on time every day, cleaned up everything.  Disposed of all of the existing tile and fixtures in the bathroom.  Went with me to help me select the new tile to make sure it would all go together.  Many times I had to go to work and leave him unsupervised, I came home to a clean house, locked up every time.  The stone he installed was perfect, no pieces were sticking out, it was all perfect.  He used stone, not tile and it is my understanding that that is harder to work with than basic tile.  The finished job was amazing."

"It was okay but the woman who came out was a little bit too concerned about speaking her own mind and I do not think that the time frame was long enough for her to really get a grasp of what it was that we were looking to do. She had some good ideas but it was not enough to convince me to go further and purchase an additional time, however, we had a particularly challenging project. It was not like it was a simple little thing and I threw a lot at her. She was not particularly prepared when she came so we had to spend part of the time getting her prepared. I had sent her an email in advance with the pictures and everything and said, "Here, so that you are going to be thinking about this before our call." And when she got on there, she had not really done that. So, that took some of the time for me to go and say, "Okay, take a look at the email. Here are the pictures." She did not come ready to go with advice and that was a little bit disappointing. The advice that she had was good but it did not solve my problem and it did not convince me to purchase additional time. I was not unhappy with her. It just did not wow me. It was what it was and it was fine. She came out within the time frame that we purchased the deal because we had just purchased the house. We were living in North Carolina and we purchased the house in Florida. We moved on December 2nd so it was between the date that we purchased the deal and December 2nd because we had to talk to her about what we wanted to change about the house before we moved. Ours was not your typical project. If somebody came in and just showed her a picture of a room with blank walls and they wanted her to help decorate it, I think that she could do that but ours was pretty hard."

We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! The price was not the lowest of the estimates we obtained but was fair.  I have always found that you get what you pay for - what we got was a remarkably well done job, unusual attention to detail, and the job was completed on schedule! The last point is especially important because it allowed us to return our unit to the rental pool as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Project Masters and are already planning some additional work with them for our condo.
