I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Overall we're very pleased with the final product Remodel Experts, LLC did. Our kitchen is a lot more functional, bright with the added lighting they installed and the new cabinets really helped open things up giving us storage space we didn't have before. Additionally, towards the end of the project we asked if they could tack on an extra project and without flinching they took it on and added a built-in bookcase and replaced our living room mantle and it just looks amazing.
