He was very thorough in explaining all the steps they would take to ensure we got a great product and answered all the questions we had. The crew arrived the following Monday to start the work; the workers were personable, knew exactly what they were doing and asked questions to make sure the project was exactly as we requested. Very hard workers, finished that afternoon and left the site clean and neat. All the debris was removed and disposed of. It was a very unstressful experience and we would DEFINITELY hire Island Concrete again if we require further work in the future. He provided a contract with a statement of work accurately describing what was to be done and signed by both of us. Three or four issues came up during the project, at least two of them were my fault, but he accommodated my needs and didn't charge more. The driveway and walkway look great."
