"I have used him probably ten times in the past twenty years. The price depends on the job. I am having one or two store additions as we are remodeling a rental house. It depends on the job and it is not like going to the dentist. His service is excellent. He is medium priced but is always fair. He follows the directions and communicates well. He always cleans up. He stands behind his work. He is timely and he finishes the work in a timely manner. You will get what you pay for. I will definitely use him again in the future."
