"Jacob Lynn was my technician on 05/07/2025; for a scheduled heat and cooling inspection and cleaning. He went over things he found that were good and an item that would need replacing in the near future. Since a different company installed my system and it is under warranty, I will contact them to find out if the replacement part is covered in the warranty. If the part is not covered, then I would like to have Jaecob Lynn as the installer for the new part. Quintella Betancourt"

"Bought a home and the AC system was older and not functioning properly. Called Benchmark and to take a look and Zach came out and walked us through all of our options. Never felt any pressure in the options just clearly explained with the pros and cons of each. Ended up replacing the system and have been very happy. Thanks, Benchmark!"
