Had tech call the office an person in office said it would take a day or 2. However when I explained I had kids 12 ,10, an 4 they worked schedule their schedule around sn showed up 900 am the next morning. By 230 I could flush toilets an everything worked great. He showed up when he said he would and worked late into the night on a Saturday to replace a broken water main that had been damaged during the ice storm. The repair required digging under concrete and dealing with a difficult main line situation, but he hustled the entire time and worked efficiently to restore our water. He returned Sunday morning to finish everything up and made sure the repair was completed properly. What really stood out was his work ethic and dedication to getting the job done right. He communicated clearly, stayed focused, and worked through the weekend until everything was resolved.
