"They started the work in march and are not finished here in July. ?They work on other jobs and mine falls to the wayside. Also I feel that I am being charged for things that should have been in the contract (like permits, inspections, and fixtures) They also cut into a sprinkler line and I had to pay $75.00 to have that fixed. ?They are too slow, they will leave me for days to work on other jobs. This is rental property that I can not rent out until the job finished."

"Dan is very professional, very concerned with providing great customer service and satisfaction. He knows what he is doing and does a good job. My only concern is the amount of time that it took to do the job, from 45 min to 1 hour per shelf. His rate is $40 per hour and i think it is fair, but i wished he was a bit more expedited. He offers discounts if customer does not think the final price is fair... I guess this happens especially if it is a job that requires many hours. He spent two full days in my house.... Only half the shelves are installed. Two shelves he installed were not leveled so he had to redo them and did not fix the holes on the walls... But he was going to come back, so i didnt think it was a big deal. I communicated to him my concern around the amount of time that he takes, both for the money and my own time! since i need to take days off of work to be at home to do this work...and he was willing to work with me, and we reached an agreement. Minutes later, he contacted me to complain that a bank, different than my bank, didnt want to cash my second check for him, and that having to go to a check cashing store was a game changer for him. I asked how much was the fee, but he never told me. I didnt know how to help him and didnt understand exactly where he was going with that sudden complain. The truth is that i have been with the same bank for 20 years and this is the first time that soemone complains about not being able to cash a check. He should have gone to a Space Coast Credit Union branch, there are 8 in Broward County. This is unrelated to the actual service he provides, but certainly, it is an aggravation and given that i am not satisfied with the speed or price for his work, then i decided to cancel the appointments we had set for next week.

"I cannot say enough good things about Fernando! We hired him to build a custom library that I designed. I showed him pictures of what I was looking for and he sketched it. The design had to be tweaked and I was nervous the whole time because most people want cookie cutter similar looking bookshelves with cabinets and I wasn't sure how the library would turn out. Fernando did the most amazing job! I am blown away by how he listened to what I wanted and gave me it exactly! He is a true professional from start to finish. He was quick to give a quote and the turnaround time to having the whole library built and installed was very reasonable. He is also a trustworthy gentleman who I was completely comfortable with in my home and around my family (this cannot be said for many people I have had do work in my home). We were so impressed with Fernando that we have found other projects in our home to hire him for. And I have recommended him to many friends! Trust me, Fernando is the best!"

"Excellent experience.  At first I was nervous because I called and it took a few days to get a return call.  Rob was on vacation, plus he received a lot of calls due to the Big Deal.  Once my husband met with him in person, he felt very comfortable.  Rob was knowledgeable and did not oversell.  The guys who did the actual work were very detailed.  They pressure cleaned the house; moved all the plants without destroying them; and most importantly, did a fantastic job fixing the cracks and prepping the home.  The prep work took a full day because they did not skimp or take short cuts. 
On day 2 they painted the home.  The paint they use provided excellent coverage, and again, the team was very detailed.  When they started painting the trim we noticed it was lighter then the paint swatch.  Without hesitation, they immediately stopped and took it to the local paint store and fixed the problem.  They knocked on the door and asked questions when appropriate, but other than that they were working machines who got the job done in a professional and courteous manner.  After they completed the job, they walked around the house and picked up after themselves.
