"Our hot water heater stopped working this morning. No hot water at all :-( I called IHM at 5:30pm and spoke with Andre. He was awesome! Professional & compassionate. He discussed our needs and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. (Less than half what we had been quoted for the same job by a big name competitor) He then said I m heading over to you right now Such a relief! What a great experience from beginning to end. Andre was knowledgeable & professional. The work was done in a timely manner and he remained with us to ensure that we had hot water at the completion of the work. I cannot recommend this young man enough-he is an incredible asset to the company. I have saved his name and number in my contacts-he will be the person I call when I next need plumbing work done! Thank you"
