"Regal, with Jim, was exceptional. The project started three days early and was completed early. They workers were on time and very professional. Jim was there almost every day, with the exception of his vacation, but his area supervisor was there. The project was completed under budget and had that WOW factor. In addition to the tile and cabinets they also refaced the bathroom cabinets and put in new base boards. We had people stop by to look at the work and ask questions about the team. "I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline.
