"The salesman, Alex, visited my house to show my wife and me flooring options and baseboards. He mentioned that the installers had a minimum of five years of experience and that a supervisor would be present to oversee their work which never happened. The invoice is not itemized and when I asked about it he said that's how they write it up. So you don't know how much you pay for the materials, labor, or the baseboards. There's no square footage anywhere on the invoice either. They started on a Monday and were supposed to install the baseboards in the master bedroom on Friday. Since my house was built in 1954, 90 percent of the walls are made of brick and plaster. When I saw the installers on there first attempt to use a pneumatic nailer on brick which obviously did not work. They called the supervisor for assistance, and when they asked me to get a hot glue gun, I requested to speak to the person they had consulted. They called him back and they went to Home Depot to pick one up."
