"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. I wound not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service or honesty. "

The unit was serviced for the first few years, Now they say I am out of labor. They quoted $5,600 to repair the coil. They said the part was covered just the labor was the cost. I would have to have my head examined If I were to put $5.600.00 in an eightyear old unit. They quoted me a new unit at $13,500. This is basically a 7-8.5k typical cost area. They would not discuss their refusal to service my un it until I accepeted their $5,600 quote. They left me no choice but to move on to a new supplier. I would not reccomend them."
