"We contacted Matthew Roberts, Inc. to provide a quote on replacing the heat pump at our home. They had been referred to us by friends who recently had a new system installed by them. Luke was very flexible with scheduling the initial visit and was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He wasn't a typical Salesman. I could tell after only a few questions that he was someone who knew how to install these systems. We ended up selecting Matthew Roberts, Inc to perform the installation based upon our evaluation of all competitive bids. Our final decision was influenced by a number of factors, including their competitive position, positive referral, the ability to start within 2 days, and our impression of their company based on the first meeting with Luke. Cory and Garrett showed up on time the first day to install our first unit downstairs. They worked nonstop that day and we were back to cool by dinner time. They were professional, meticulous, and left our space clean and tidy. Cory and Tim showed up on time the second day to install our second unit upstairs. Once again, we were back up and running by dinner time. Our space was undisturbed and all evidence of the construction project removed. Good crews. Behind the scenes, Eileen worked with my wife on scheduling and ordering. She was on top of everything and even came to our house to have us sign the paperwork the day before the work started. After the dust settled and we had time to let the systems settle in, Luke followed up and came out to take care of some loose ends and check everything out. "Technician Mike arrived on time (1:00pm), diagnosed the problem and gave several options to remedy. Given the age of the my system (13 yrs) I opted to replace the entire unit. "My car air condition system was blowing warm air, so I went to local store & purchased an ac charge kit (includes R134A refrigerant, gage, & hose). I installed it according to directions & it worked for a couple days, then started blowing warm air again, so now I am thinking the worst, leak, compressor, etc.. I stopped in Dave Johnson's Automotive to make an appointment, & Dave asked me if I had time & he would check the ac system right then & I said sure. He had his mechanic check out the system, then recharged it with a dye to help detect leaks. Sent me home & told me to run ac system as much as possible & bring it back in 3 days or before if it starts blowing warm air. The ac system never ran better & did not blow warm air. After 3 days I returned & Dave did a black light inspection for leaks & found none. Dave could have easily sold me the "Brooklyn Bridge" !!!  But he didn't, Dave was honest, fair, & gave me a little education on my ac system. Great job Dave & thanks.

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Ben Jr. and David of A.C. Goodier, Inc., 221 State Ave., Holly Hill, FL, came to our home today to install a new Tempstar Air Conditioner-Heat Pump system. It can get quite hot down here in Florida in the summer time and given that our air handler is located in the attic, Ben Jr. had asked if they could start early. At 6:40 a.m. their truck rolled up to our door...and we were ready for them. Everything went smoothly until they found that our previous drain system had gotten clogged and an auxiliary drain was needed. No problem. They got the parts, installed the new drain line quickly, and got the Air Conditioner/Heat Pump system up and running within the 4-hour time frame they had given us. Ben Jr. and David were absolutely great. In fact, we were so happy with the service they provided that we called their boss immediately to let him know. This is not the first time we worked with Ben Jr. and David. We had them service another of our previous residences a couple of years ago and knew that we wanted them to do this job as well since we were so pleased with their previous work. They were quick, professional, and went beyond the call of duty in making sure that we were completely satisfied with their work. We highly recommend A.C.
