"I am very happy with Mike’s work! Mike renovated my basement which included removing the ceiling and installing a new laminate floor. I had concerns about how to get the flooring under the new boiler and water heater but he and Jeff did a terrific job. They had to work to even out the floor and attach baseboard molding to a concrete wall and everything turned out beautiful! Mike also installed a new bathroom vanity which was very complicated as the original 1958 one had been installed directly into the wall not on top of the tile. The bathroom looked amazing after it was finished."

We had already hired BAS Construction a few years ago to finish part of the basement, and wanted the playroom to match. We were again very pleased with the results. The main area in the basement and hallway leading to the basement was also transformed into a warm, welcoming living space. The work he performed in 3 weeks was: Build a new shower/tile with a design/create a shower bench/install shower panel/tile behind the vanity with the design trim/install the vanity/move plumbing, gas and electrical for the shower and vanity with light fixture/tile the floor/install a stackable washer and dryer/build out a wall to divide the storage area and heat unit/install a sliding barn door/paint the bathroom, main room and hallway up to the kitchen door/ installed 3 windows, an air conditioner and installed recessed lighting in the bathroom/installed interlocking vinyl flooring in the storage area, main room and stairs (repaired two broken stairs and lots of extras, e.g. installed a lighting fixture in the hallway by the stair landing, a make up/shaving mirror in the bathroom, installed window treatments and assembled a 70 inch TV storage cabinet).
