"<p>Steve Dash was so helpful and responsive right from the start.  He met with me the day after we closed on the house and sent me drawings that evening.  The work was done by several professional and pleasant people.  Everything was done well and they cleaned up and vaccuumed before they left.  My wall bed is a showcase in that room and has already been used by guests.  My office/mudroom is the epicenter of our house and is everything we were missing before.  Each room in the house has a purpose now and there are not things like backpacks, the laptop,  mail, and shoes lying around everywhere anymore.</p> <p>I cannot recomment Method Org highly enough!</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"The main project we needed to have done was to take the screening off of our gazebo and build window frames with screening. This would then make it possible to take the frames out in the future when we need to clean or paint. The existing screening was just stapled to the posts and power washing would just tear it down. <br> <br>Unlike the others who provided pricing to do the project, Bob suggested building the frames so that they were added to the inside of the gazebo. They screw in and there is no need to use a ladder from the outside to work with them in the future, something that is important as we get older. He also painted them to match the deck which we had recently stained. (All other vendors were going to build them from the outside of the gazebo.) <br> <br>We had a secondary project which was to replace some posts and split rail fencing that had rotted out. It not only required digging the old posts out, but stapling the coated fence to the posts which is required for pool security with children. <br> <br>We are very happy with the quality of the work that he did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others, as well as use him for other projects in the future. <br> <br>The pricing shown was for both projects and very competitive with other bids that we received. The fact that Bob provided excellent suggestions for the gazebo work was a determining factor in choosing him."

"Finished off full second floor of home, approx 700 sqft, to include 2 bedrooms, full bath, and large living area w/hallway. Scope of Wortman's work included install of separate HVAC unit and ductwork, upgrade of electric to accomodate additional load, and all necessary plumbing for bath. <br /> Work was begun in July, more in August, finished all HVAC yesterday. Remaining is install of bath fixtures which will be done after paint and flooring have been completed w/n next 2 weeks. <br /> All work done in very professional, competent manner; employees and subs arrived as scheduled and worked diligently until finished for the day. "This was my 2nd time hiring Miller Can Fix It. They are great to work with. Easy communication and payment system, they work with you on scheduling and rescheduling when needed, and most importantly, they do great work! Previously, Sean came out to diagnose an old refrigerator. This time he repaired a shower that wasn't getting hot water. He knew immediately it was a problem with the mixing valve and replaced it. I already have several other jobs on my to-do this that I plan to hire them for! 10/10. Highly recommend. Side note: any immunocompromised/high-risk/chemo folks looking for a covid-safe handyman who respects your health and safety, this is your guy!
