Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. "This has been my best experience with Angies List.  I purchased the deal on Monday the 8th and after submitting my request, I had a phone call within a hour or two.  The service agent was extremely courteous and worked with my schedule to have a plumber at my house the next day.  I received a call to confirm the appointment and was even offered an earlier slot. As described the plumber was at my house on time.  The plumber Norman, listened to my issue, evaluated the line and gave me his suggestion on what action to take.  He did not try to up sell me on anything, he did explain the pros and cons of the service and then got to work. 
The plumber took his time, was respectful of my property and cleaned up any traces of his work. 
Bottom line, our kitchen sink was running slow and we had several quotes from $199 / $1200 for repairs, with this deal our drain was unclogged for under $50.  Deal or no deal I found a plumbing company I can work with in the future.

The plumber, Ben, was very skilled and knowledgeable, and made several different suggestions to help us save a lot of money (by not having to install a new secondary water heater or having to open up more of the walls than necessary).
