FIRST, as seen in two of the pictures attached, I have leaks/water stains in my ceiling AFTER my $14K roof installation. I called Cap City(Rob, Sean,Chandler) for almost 2 months before Sean stopped by on his way somewhere else with 2 workers who stayed for about 5 minutes to put on a top for roof boot I found in my yard months after the roof install. No one bothered to tell me IF all the leaks were fixed and when they were coming to repair the damage to my ceiling. That was 2 weeks ago. I still haven't heard anything. SECOND, they removed some exclusion wiring from roof during the installation that I told them I just had done and needed to be either or avoided or replaced during roof installation. That was not done PROPERLY and now I have to pay another $1K to get that done again by professionals"
