"Chebo is amazing the attention to detail and making sure everything was done right is clear when you are working with him. He went above and beyond on my job making sure everything was painted including the foundation and gas meter! He also did some repairs to some trim and a small section of siding in the prep work that look great. I bought new handsets and locks for all the doors and he even installed them after painting the doors. What is even more special about his company being a local family owned business is when he needed help from a crew on the big days it was his brothers that joined the project. Amazing work the house looks completely new. I am absolutely recommending his services to my friends, coworkers, and neighbors!!!!!"

"Alex, the owner of Castillo Constructions, is just such a sweet and lovely guy. I was struggling with the fact that the garage doors on my home in Oregon were starting to fall off. The wood had rotted. The rental management company that handles my property came back with an insane quote of almost $9,000 to replace the carriage doors. My "only other option," they told me, was to replace the carriage doors with an electric garage door. But the carriage doors were one of the details that gave such character to my home. I explained this to Alex. At first, his bid was not far from the original one I had received. But when I explained to him that I really couldn't pay that much, he went back to the drawing board. I am so grateful to him for getting this job done at almost half the price that competitors were quoting. There were some delays along. the way, because the lumber was not delivered - but he was always communicative and clearly explained what had happened. The doors look absolutely fabulous. "Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"Walt assessed the condition of a toilet and determined it would need to be replaced (as I had expected).  He and Tammy went to Home Depot and picked up a toilet (the price of the toilet is not included in the above), which was a huge help.  While Walt removed the old toilet and installed the new, Tammy worked to remove old caulking and recaulk the bathtub.  They took the old toilet and the box for the new toilet with them, leaving me with a renewed bathroom and no mess.
Walt and Tammy are a fantastic team and I will not hestitate to hire them again.  I currently am building my "Walt and Tammy List."

"We put off remodeling our severely outdated kitchen for over a decade, because we couldn't find a company we wanted to work with. IKEA, Lowes, Home Depot associates were all disinterested, and not informative. Private contractors we met were not reliable, even in the planning stage. When I contacted PNWC, Peter Schraner, the owner, returned my call within hours, and they have been the answer to questions we didn't even know enough to ask. I can't praise this company, enough. Haley designed our new kitchen with artistry and attention to how we actually use our kitchen. She was kind, thorough, and endlessly patient. Peter was on top of every detail - when we picked out appliances and countertops, he or Haley went with us, to answer questions and guide us. At the beginning of the work, we got a schedule listing the plan for each day, and they stuck to the schedule. The entire final week was labeled "touch-ups", and they finished 3 days early. Peter e-mailed me a progress report and photos every day. Mike supervised the work, and we trusted him completely. You could ask him anything - again with the endless patience. At one point, a new door to the deck had to be removed overnight to be painted. Cesar created a temporary door that was nicer then the original one that was being replaced. Every PNWC crew member did stunning work, and the attention to detail blew us away. At night, they left the work site immaculate. My husband and I stood in the kitchen each evening and marveled at how it came along. The finished kitchen is stunning, modern, and beautifully constructed. This company has our highest recommendation!"
