"Joe did a fantastic job! I hired Joe to add a 1' rock retaining wall, add some steps, remove concrete, purchase and plant my front sloped yard. He was very flexible when I asked for more soil and plants and the rock wall and steps are beautiful. He suggested a special mesh wrap around the plants to deter gophers and they seem to work so far. He was communicative and kept the site clean when work was in progress."
