"Rick and his team of sub-contractors did a great job working with us on our kitchen and family room remodel. They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace. They were friendly, easy to work with, and answered all our questions. Any concerns were quickly addressed. We love the end result and would absolutely use Rick and his team again."

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"After a fall, a physical therapist recommended that grab bars be installed in the master bath and adjacent toilet room. Because of the safety factor, it was decided to solicit a local contractor. Reid Construction was selected based on customer ratings and proximity to our residence. Lee first came to examine and evaluate the job site. Upon acceptance of the quote from Ben, Lee showed up on time. Work was completed in about 2 hours. The job site was clean. Lee demonstrated the sturdiness of the installed grab bars which was completely satisfactory. From start to finish, Lee is the consummate professional. "Modesto and Leo, a father and son team, do absolutely phenomenal work. Of 3 handymen contacted Leo was the only one that responded. When the initial bid was more than our budget Modesto and Leo both same to meet personally with my wife and I to figure out how to get the most for the money we had. They completely remodeled our three bathrooms, eliminated our wet bar in the family room, and installed cabinetry and a utility sink in our laundry room. Every piece of the work was perfectly planned and executed. I will definitely use Leo & Modesto for future projects. The absolute best."
