"Highlander sent a plumber to install my laundry tub pump and he did so in a timely manner. He had no idea of how my water softener system worked even though it was purchased from Highlander Plumbing. He suggested I call the manufacturer so I did. I was hoping for one serviceman to take care of both problems and could have if they would have sent Brian, the guy that installed it. I called and was able to speak to someone right away about scheduling the appointment. I was able to schedule the appt. for a few days later when I had the day off. I received a call the day before indicating when the technician was going to arrive, and he arrived during the window of time they provided.

The technician checked the a/c system inside and out, and he cleaned the exterior of the unit with the hose where I had missed it when cleaning. He also provided a lot of information about furnaces because I plan to have a new one installed before Winter. He was very knowledgeable about the differences between the different units, and he didn't try to sell me on any particular one.

The technician (I think his name was Chris) was very polite and professional. He said that he is currently going to college for heating and cooling, so I expect he will only become more knowledgeable as he progresses.
