Douglas was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed my plumbing system and was able to deduce the location and nature of the problem and choose the right tools. He has a variety of tools and heavy-duty machines and clearly communicated his process. He went above & beyond by working til 1am and didn't give up until the problem was completely fixed.
