"Danny and team did a phenomenal job laying down luxury laminate flooring in our condo’s basement. We are thrilled with how it turned out. Danny took a look at our basement, and knew right away the best flooring to go with. The samples he brought over were beautiful and the quality of the luxury laminate is outstanding. On the day of installation the crew did an outstanding job. They finished the job in record time, even with some unexpected issues (our floor was not level, we needed trim, etc). Everyone was extremely polite and communication was great. In addition the team noticed a few things around our place that needed fixing (wobbly door, broken floorboard upstairs) and took care of them for no charge. Also they installed 1/4 round trim to replace old trim. Job was estimated to take 2 day and they did complete on time. Also they did not try to sneak in charges or change the estimated price. "I had 2 bathrooms done. The material they use is very nice and easy to maintain. The best out of all the people we looked at. The salesman was very nice and very response but there are issues with our install that were not taken care of. First the product that was packed and shipped was not correct. They had the wrong size base and I had to prove it to them by taking pics with a ruler to get it correct. Next, they had the wrong color fixtures for one of the bathrooms. Then the installation team broke a panel on one and still put it up. The 3 wall panels were not all the same. one was shine, another was a completely different look on the color pattern, and one was cracked. I had to call on that. It was replaced. However, in both bathrooms the installation crew which I was told was the best dropped the one panel and gouged my floor which was left as is even though I was told it would be made correct. They also gouged the dry wall in several spots on both ceilings while in"

"I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"They did honest and reasonable estimate. Job 1) They sanded 800 sw ft wooden floor and applied 2 coats of polish. Nice clean job. Professional staff.
