"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"I cannot say enough good things about this company. Best Buy left us hanging on an installation and I'm glad they did because I ended going with Pointe Appliance. Josh and Chelsea were incredible! They not only bailed me out in terms of scheduling the installation ASAP, but when it turned out that some of the installation parts were missing, Josh was able to make the installation happen. Not only happen, but happen correctly and professionally. In our case, we had a Bosch dishwasher and the fact that Josh has been a Bosch repair tech for 8 years meant that he had Bosch parts in his truck. (I suspect he has parts for every brand in his truck; he's that good.) Great people, exceptional quality workmanship and fair prices. They are now my 1st call go-to company for all things appliance."
