Gilbert the technician and his "sidekick" came in looked it over and said they could do the job right then. They installed the outlet in the wall like it should have been in the first place, the outlet itself was broken so Gilbert ran out to get a new one while the other technician kept working. Gilbert got back with the new outlet and it was finished up perfectly. Both guys were extremely nice, worked fast, and the price was very reasonable.
