The staff are friendly, interested in helping, quick to respond - really they are a superior organization. Received the first big bill of the summer - the new system reduced the electric bill by 35% and the house is cooler and more completely cooled than with the previous system. The reduction in noise level is substantial. Of the five companies that came out, ACS was the only one to suggest our living room noise level could be handled with a baffle between the utility closet and the outlet. I gave them an A in pricing.
