"Fantastic! I got new hardwood floors done by Otto hardwood floors. The results are remarkable. This company is the best. They are very professional and dedicated to the job. The owner has great communication skills. He made sure I knew and understood everything that he will be doing to my floors. He help me decided what was the best type of flooring for my house and provided me with all colors sample on the floor before I chosed. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to wood, vinyl, and laminate, His price are very reasonable actually the best in town. He makes sure you are happy when the job is complete. The owner also took the time to show us how to care for our hardwood floors. I cannot say enough about this company. They are 100% the best in everything. If you are looking to have your hardwood floors refinishing, fixed, or just need to get new hardwood floors I highly recommend this company. You will be glad you did. My floors look great. If I ever need to redo my hardwood floors I will definitely use this company again."

"I know Empire hires many sub-contractors to complete the contract in the 1 day policy . I hired them for a Naghbor that is bed ridden. They tried to talk her into canceling the contract,stating that the flooring was inferior for her Needs. Too cheap, thin & flimsy. She has 2 grown children that are lazy. Their dog is the reason needing new flooring. I personally did 90% of the demo & rehab the sub- flooring just for that reason. The installers just needed to do 1 room. I suspected they didn't want to handle the removal of carpet/padding.The dog was not a factor in that area. They did the job & she is happy with it. I'm not happy w/their work ethic & customer service. Don' lie to get out of a job, suck it up or just quit."

"We had initially tried to use Lowes or HomeDepot as they had special price offers but because the job wasn't "cookie cutter" straight forward they had lots of restrictions and add-ons that made us uncomfortable. We picked Olympia Floor Source from the listing on Angies List and couldn't have been happier. They cam in with a price that was below the box stores and were great to work with and responsive to our needs. The vinyl was laid over an existing floor that wasn't in great shape and needed some patching and leveling. The installer Nathan and his son Noah and friendly and cooperative and the final product looks great. Am looking to use them again for our next carpeting job!"

"The installation was done very well.  The crew took their time and made sure everything was done right.  It looks excellent and meets the flooring int he adjoining rooms perfectly.  The price was very good.
The initial communication was a little unusual.  We communicated solely through Angie's List email even though I provided my personal phone number and email.  It was just new for me to communicate that way.  It worked out fine and everything was done to our satisfaction.

"Prompt communication thru four full day work, very knowledgeable, and reasonable price. Work quality is good, but some areas look slightly uneven in the refinished area. The color seems noticeably lighter than the rest of kitchen cupboard and the mismatch is obvious. A couple things to note: 1) Some stain drops were splattered over the edge of every stair steps to the garage, when I tried to clean, it's got worse and left big stained areas. 2) For one day when we came back, one downstair toilet was plugged with poop and another one on second floor was with urine around. It was disgusting to clean up the toilets. On the second day, the master bedroom toilet was used despite the master room door was CLOSED and the toilet was left UNFLUSHED with poop. 3) On the final day he asked around $200 more than the estimate he had provided due to hardwood floor price change. He presented the invoice of the hardwood floor material purchased but I feel that he should have checked the price"
