He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. They refused to return and clean up the mess, owner told me since they did not treat the room next to treated area, they will not return to clean up white powder residue. I even pay an extra $250.00 just to clean in advance. Moving forward I will not pay a company in advance for a Job."
