"I would highly recommend James Clark and Pro Valley Roofing for your roof replacement work. James is very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Having not gone through this process before, I had many questions. James was prompt in returning my phone calls/texts and willing to meet with me when I requested and he answered all questions to my satisfaction. He worked directly with my insurance company and explained the entire process to me. We had to wait until this past April for the roof installation due to Wisconsin winter weather. It was very windy the day they began our job and did the roof tear off. They cleaned up everything around the entire neighborhood. I did not hear one complaint about debris in our neighbors' yards.
