"I would highly recommend James Clark and Pro Valley Roofing for your roof replacement work. James is very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Having not gone through this process before, I had many questions. James was prompt in returning my phone calls/texts and willing to meet with me when I requested and he answered all questions to my satisfaction. He worked directly with my insurance company and explained the entire process to me. We had to wait until this past April for the roof installation due to Wisconsin winter weather. As soon as the weather allowed, his crew was there and installed the roof. I can't say enough about the work ethic of his crew that did our roof. It was very windy the day they began our job and did the roof tear off. They cleaned up everything around the entire neighborhood. I did not hear one complaint about debris in our neighbors' yards. AMAZING. They day after the completion of our job, James personally came and inspected the job and the cleanup. I have yet to find one nail in our yard. UNBELIEVABLE! "They cleaned my gutters. They did a nice job of hauling all the stuff away so they didn't just throw it all on the ground. They put it all in a bucket and hauled the stuff away so I didn't have gunk all over my yard. They were clean and professional about it. They did an estimate to do some roof repairs too, but it has taken them 2 months to get back out here so that was kind of interesting. I think they were probably busy from their estimate or something."
