"Came on an urgent evening call. Very pleasant and knowledgeable service technician. Unable to repair same day, but will return when parts are received. Happy with service."

"I called Friendly City Appliance Repair and they had my dryer fixed the very next day. Very fast, and very reasonable. I was very pleased with how efficient and affordable their service was. Thank you James and Friendly City!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Very prompt and professional. We are very happy with the service he provided, will use him again for anything appliance related."

"Kevin came to repair my refrigerator leak. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also said he repairs washers and dryers. Good to know that, too! I highly recommend Kevin, and we will always use him in the future!!!!"

"He said that because I had a front loading washer he had to go on the roof first. Then he did a little sweeping in the laundry room and without even telling me that they were leaving they were gone. I had wanted to ask about the dryer vent in the house and why my clothes were not drying properly but they were gone. No asking if I needed anything else done. I don't even know if they checked my vent going to the roof from the inside. When I hire someone to do a service I want them to let me know what they did and if I had any questions about the service."
