In one day they repaired and realigned the gutters on the house and polebarn, replaced the rotted facia on the hip roof barn including larger new gutters, and installed gutter guards on all three buildings because we live in a wooded area. "The first couple of times all went well, pretty much.  I did have to ask him to return to clean up after an ornamental grass cut-back job.  He had left my front patio and walk covered in trimming waste.  He didn't seem thrilled to have to return but he did it.  The charge for cutting back four ornamental grasses was $20 so I thought clean up was included.  Apparently, he did not.  The mowing and trimming went well.
The fourth time my lawns were mowed, the owner was not present.  The result was an uneven cut job and uneven trimming, some spots done well, some not so much.  Plus, a few branches of a mature Blue Spruce tree were severed at the bottom of the tree.
My unhappiness with this provider happened when I had him return to show him the uneven work and the damaged Spruce.  His response was far less than courteous or helpful.  The uneven mowing and trimming, he said, could be evened out next week "so what is the problem?"  The Blue Spruce branches, which will never grow back, were "too long in the first place" and the tree should be trimmed all around, something he would do for additional money.  He said the branches were in the way of trimming the steel edging about that bed.  He never took responsibility, never offered a consideration for the error.
I wonder why the Blue Spruce branches did not get in the way of his former trimmer who was absent that day as well.  After a little more talk, he called me "a Nick-Picker" and suggested we part ways as he was shutting my door in my face. 
All I can figure is Bryan is overloaded, hires not-so-competent people who he does not stand behind.  He stated he "doesn't have time for this" (this being asked to repair damage by his worker).  I believe he is right.  His temper flares like someone whose business is out of control and he doesn't know what to do about it.
