"Went well, so far issue is resolved. However, no warranty was given and we were warned this type of repair is not warranted. There recommendation is always to replace the windows. but we opted to recall at least at this time because replacement is about $1700 per window!"

"I couldn't be happier with this company.  Everyone was professional and timely - beginning with the estimate process.  The sales representative was very knowledgeable and provided many options with return on investment data to help with my decision making process.  They did a complete clean up after themselves every day - and this work took nearly 2 weeks total.  I worked from home the entire time and they were very respectful of my need to work, have phone calls, etc.  Other than construction noises at times, I hardly knew they were in the house.  After the work was completed, I had an energy audit performed (blower door test, etc).  The auditor said he had never seen such good work done and was very impressed - no duct leaks, no leaks on all the new lines run through out the house.  I will definitely use this company again. <br />"

"We had water leaking from the ceiling in our master bathroom. We had a plumber (not Miracle Contracting) come out through our home warranty company. They ripped a giant hole in our ceiling to try to find the problem... which they couldn't find. The plumber left, and left a giant mess for us to clean up as well as a hole in our ceiling. We wanted for a few months to see if we had water issues again, but we never did. So, when it was time to repair the hole in our ceiling we called Miracle Contracting. We spoke with Kevin and he knew exactly what the water issue was... an ice dam due to the harsh winter we had. I wish we would have called him first to save us from having to rip through our ceiling. They sent someone over to fix the ceiling. The contractor who came over was very professional and very clean. He laid down plastic to catch any drywall mess he made and cleaned up after himself. Once he finished you couldn't tell we ever had a problem. Everything was as good as new, with no mess! <br /> While he was there, he also repaired a few cracks in the walls of our sunroom! <br /> I've never had luck with contractors before. Normally when we call someone out they either never come, never get back to us with a quote, or do a bad job with the work. Miracle is different. They come when you call them, they're on-time, and deliver on what they promise!"

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Rick was very punctual. Very polite and explained everything very throughly. There were complications with repairing the door, because a totally new jam needed to be milled. Rick explained all of this after he had pulled the old frame out. The job cost more than we both had anticipated, but Rick was very generous with his time and materials. At all times Rick kept in contact with me to keep me posted ont the progress. <br /> The door is wonderful.
