"As a realtor, I found Rich from Expedient Environmental Solutions while searching for a client who needed mold remediation. He and his crew did an excellent job at a fair price. They finished on time and left the home clean. So, when I was looking personally to have basement waterproofing (interior french drains and sump pump) along with radon mitigation, I received 3 quotes, of which theirs was the most comprehensive plan, and again not the highest quote overall. They finished the work ahead of schedule by bringing four workers the second day, were respectful throughout and left the area reasonably clean. I'm confident that my days (and nights!) with the shopvac and flooded basement are finally over, and grateful they stand behind their work for a full year. Good contractors are hard to find. The tech, Jared was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained some issues with the furnace and did not recommend putting the money into it to fix at this point as the furnace is old but safe and is in working order. He did suggest to replace the furnace in a about a year rather than put 1,000 into it at this point. The furnace is not running efficiently and we know it has not been for quite a while.

Purchasing this house 18 years ago and the furnace being older already , we knew it would have to be replaced eventually.

"Marino's Water Works was great on a crazy snowy Saturday afternoon (3 feet of snow on the ground, more coming down) when our water pump stopped working. Answered our call immediately, arrived at our house within an hour, fixed the problem (a lightning strike had incapacitated the pump, requiring soldering wires and then flipping the circuit breakers). What a relief! Getting out of our driveway proved a terrible challenge -- ice and snow on a sloping curve -- but we figured it out together with a tremendous amount of good humor and calm. "My initial phone contact with Anthony was very pleasant and he was very accommodating with his availability. He and his electrician / Handyman Tom arrived early and did an awesome job. They worked neatly and cleaned up everything when they were done. I am so pleased with their work. I am scheduling another job for them to install my vessel sinks and faucets to complete this bathroom and install a sink, faucet and light fixture in my upstairs bathroom.
