Carl helped us with a leak ( caused by air conditioning leak from previous company), that caused a lot of damage to the walls, carpet, and molding. We had a lot of mold, mildew, and a real mess. Carl ran tests for mildew and gave us a detailed list of repair costs to give to our insurance company, and did all the work needed.
