"Everything went perfectly. Edgar showed up right on time. Actually, 15 minutes early. He came with bright lights to see under the sink. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and showed me exactly where the leak was. Then he told me he could fix it right then and there, which I wasn't even expecting. We agreed on the price. I asked him how long it would take, and he told me around 20 minutes, and he had the materials with him. He went down to his truck, came right back with the materials, went right to work, and less than half an hour later, he told me to come see it was finished. He turned the water on and..... no leak!! All fixed. Afterwards, he collected the old materials and took them away. We tested it once again and...no leak!!! Perfect. Why aren't all contractors like this? Additionally, Edgar was friendly, super competent, and efficient. I don't know why anyone would choose another vendor for plumbing. I'd give 10 stars, but only 5 were allowed."

"I called Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service to give me an estimate on the cost of installing a hot water heater that we had purchased. He quoted me an amount for installation and that was the amount I paid. He estimated that it would be 2 hours to install and it only took 1 1/2 hours. When Chris took the new hot water heater out of the box he noticed that it was dented, he suggested contacting the store we purchased it from to get a refund or a discount. I did call the store and they were able to give me a discount.
