"Danny made it really easy to do business with him. Other companies wanted to just give an estimate by seeing pictures and based on other jobs we've had they were all going to be way under actual cost on materials, let alone labor needed on top. Danny was able to give a good general estimate by the pictures, but then insisted he see in person so he can be as accurate as possible. The amount of leveling needed, as expected, was not conveyed by photo. He explained how he'd tackle the job and estimated timeframe. Lalo, the installer, did a fantastic job and without interruption. "I needed to replace all the carpeting in a tenant's apartment. Exposition came over the day after I called them to measure the apartment and show me samples. The owner, Marshall, gave me good advice as to the type of carpet I should get for a rental unit and how much I should spend. They gave me a better price than two other carpet companies I called. The installers came out as soon as the painters were finished and did a very professional installation job. From estimate through the install they were very responsive. The installers moved a good portion of our furniture during the installation and they stayed late to get the job done in one day. "I had 2 bathrooms done. The material they use is very nice and easy to maintain. The best out of all the people we looked at. The salesman was very nice and very response but there are issues with our install that were not taken care of. First the product that was packed and shipped was not correct. They had the wrong size base and I had to prove it to them by taking pics with a ruler to get it correct. Next, they had the wrong color fixtures for one of the bathrooms. Then the installation team broke a panel on one and still put it up. The 3 wall panels were not all the same. one was shine, another was a completely different look on the color pattern, and one was cracked. I had to call on that. It was replaced. However, in both bathrooms the installation crew which I was told was the best dropped the one panel and gouged my floor which was left as is even though I was told it would be made correct. "They did honest and reasonable estimate. Job 1) They sanded 800 sw ft wooden floor and applied 2 coats of polish. Nice clean job. Professional staff. Job 2) Remove old railing and make new one with still bolsters. Ordered material needed for us. Installed on schedule and finished job as promised. I recommend Daisy and his company. "
