"I got 3 quotes for work that needed to be done on the exterior of my home and took the middle quote. The company that was doing the job was doing a horrible job. New Star Construction was doing some other work in my neighborhood and they came to look at the job. I ended up having them come and fix the bad work from the previous company and I couldn't be happier. They did a great job and are such great people to work with. They are still calling me to follow up to make sure everything is ok."

"Performed work that was asked. Paid attention to detail. I was satisfied with the job done."

"My wife and I have nothing but good to say about the Northstarr Team. We hired them to do a fairly major Kitchen re-model (relocation) as well as new flooring Throughout entire house and new Stair-case (Spindle). From the very beginning when the team arrived to review our plan, (or should say general concept), they listened and helped us plan a layout that turned out better than we could have expected. Our objective was to turn our house into our retirement home and we couldn't be happier. Great Quality work, Listened and followed through with every detail. The minimal punch list was completed promptly and thoroughly."

"We were very pleased with our kitchen remodel by S&B. The work was extraordinary and now I have the kitchen I've always wanted. S&B will continue to have a loyal customer. I highly recommend!!"

"They replaced window also repaired canopy . what was destroyed in the wind storm."

"The service was great. Top-notch, good guy. They were honest and hard workers."

"Actual installation took 1 day, but estimate, scheduling and final payment took almost 2 months. Gutter guards could not be installed as per factory instructions because of problems with existing drip rail, but were installed with modifications. New gutters tended to overflow where roof valley met gutter, but this was corrected later with the addition of valley splash shields. One unpleasant surprise was the subcontracting of gutter installation by a local company that we had had previous dealing with, who argued with us about desired modifications. However, Scott was very involved, and resolved all issues, including adjusting the price based on and quot;pain and sufferingand quot;. Scott was excellent and receptive to what we had to say, as well as being easy to get along with.
Suggestion to customers: specify work to be performed by their own crew, not sublet.
