After hearing my confusion about how to fix the original cause of the broken window, Matt offered the help he could offer. He recommended glass repair shops for the pane and then taught me how to fix my own windows! He invited me to send him pictures of my windows and he taught me how to unlock the pivot shoe and remove the pin, pointed me towards the specific parts online (only $20), and empowered me to take care of my other windows that had ceased functioning. He was generous with his time and knowledge and I'm incredibly grateful."
